1. PAYMENT POLICY

Aquatrition® is set up to take immediate online orders through the following modes of payment:

  • Domestic and international credit cards, issued by banks and institutions that are part of the Visa and MasterCard Network
  • Debit cards from select banks in India.

A full list is available at the time of Check Out and prior to making payments for purchases.

Please note that for Visa and MasterCard you will require to submit your 16-digit credit card number, card expiry date and a 3-digit CVV number (on the back of the card), when you make an online transaction using your Credit Card. You should also have enrolled your Credit Card with VBV (Verified by Visa) or MSC (MasterCard Secure Code) to complete the transaction. The Credit Card transaction will appear on your bank statement.

  1. PRICING POLICY

The product prices listed are current and updated. However, these are subject to change without advance notice. All prices on Aquatrition.in are processed in Indian Rupees and the prices are inclusive of all taxes.

All orders are acknowledged at current pricing. We will bill at the price in effect, at the time of shipping. Our products are liable for GST in India.

  1. PAYMENT SECURITY

All transactions at Aquatrition.in are protected by SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and Secure Data Encryption using a 1024-bit process. Any information you enter when transacting with this website is sent in a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) session and is encrypted to protect you against unintentional disclosure to third parties. This is an assurance that we follow the best security practices adopted by major online vendor, where all payments are processed in real-time, for your security and immediate peace of mind.

You can tell if your browser is in secure mode at “Checkout”, by looking for the padlock icon at the bottom corner or at the end of the address bar of your browser window.

  1. CANCELLATION POLICY

Aquatrition® believes in helping its customers as much as possible and has a cancellation policy.

How do I cancel an order?
If you have to cancel an order (MY ACCOUNT >> Orders), please do so within 24 hours of placing the order or before your product has shipped, we will refund the amount after deducting the payment gateway charges of 2.5%. The amount will be refunded to the same payment instrument within 7-10 working days or as per the Bank’s guidelines.

Alternatively, to cancel your order, you can do so by sending us an email on support@aquatrition.in. You can also call our Customer Care on +91 7992291233 within 24 hours of placing the order.

Unfortunately, the order can’t be cancelled once they are shipped.

  1. SHIPPING POLICY

Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbor, etc. However, the brand takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.

Aquatrition® is not responsible for damage after delivery.

For all claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service within 48 hours of the day of delivery.

  1. RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Under what conditions can I return/ replace my product?

  • Wrong product delivered.
  • Expired product delivered.
  • Damaged product delivered – Physical damage/ tampered product or packaging.
  • Incomplete order – missing products.

Under what conditions return/ replacement requests will not be accepted?

  • Opened/ used/ altered products.
  • Original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc.) missing.
  • The return/ replacement request is generated after 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • The damaged/ missing product is reported after 2 days from the date of delivery.

Please allow one to two weeks from the day you return your package, for your request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is complete.

Return/exchange requests that qualify as per the exceptions mentioned above are subject to an inspection and checking by the Aquatrition Team. If you claim a leakage in the product or if it was damaged during the delivery process, please send us an email with the product and inner and outer packaging and the batch number, within 48 hours of the delivery. We shall take 48-72 hours to review the images and revert back.

In the case of a quality issue highlighted our team will request to have the product sent back to our factory for a quality assessment, the quality report will then be available post 7 working days from receiving the product for quality check. If the product passes the test and matches the complaint, we shall initiate return/exchange process. Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under our Exchange/Returns Policy.

An item is eligible for exchange or refund only if it fulfils the exception mentioned above and the following conditions:

  • Sold in a physically damaged condition.
  • Has missing parts or accessories.
  • Product packaging not opened and used.

 

Aquatrition® reserves the right to refuse/cancel any order. Aquatrition® at its sole discretion may cancel any order(s):

  1. If it suspects a fraudulent transaction, or
  2. If it suspects a customer has undertaken a transaction that is not in accordance with the Terms of Use or
  3. For any reason outside the control of the Aquatrition® including causes for delivery related logistical difficulties
